Major Drainageway Planning. Big Dry Creek. Volumes One <br />and Two. city of Westminster, Adams County. and Jefferson <br />County," was prepared by Wright-McLaughlin Engineers under <br />contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District in <br />March. 1973; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water <br />requested by the Urban Drainage and <br />Resolution No. 23. adopted July <br />designated the floodplains described <br /> <br />Conservation Board, <br />Flood Control District, <br />11, 1973, approved <br />in said report; and <br /> <br />as <br />by <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a new report entitled "Flood Hazard Area <br />Delineation, Big Dry Creek (ADco).udated November 1986, has <br />been prepared by MUller Engineering Company.
