The formulation of project hydrology often involves statistical analysis of
streamflow records to determine peak discharges or to synthesize design hydrology. This work
has frequently been conducted and specifically completed in accordance with the procedures
established in WRC Bulletin 17B, TP-40 or HMR-52.
Especially pertinent to the proposed project is our experience in the evaluation and
preparation of master drainage plans for existing and proposed developments throughout
Colorado and Wyoming. This work typically involved: (a) inventory of existing facilities, (b)
hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, (c) development of alternative improvements, (d) preparation
of preliminary design details and construction cost estimates, (e) preparation of a plan for
implementation of improvements, and (f) reporting and technical documentation. Representative
projects involving the development of storm water management plans or master drainage plans
include the following:

1. Comprehensive Drainage Plan Update, Greeley, Colorado;

2. Foothills Basin Master Drainage Plan Update, Fort Collins, Colorado;

3 Spring Creek Master Drainage Plan Update, Fort Collins, Colorado;

4.
