, inspection, and for the purpose of maintaining the Project, if such inspection shows that the Board for any reason is failing to maintain the Project in accordance with the assurances hereunder and has per- sisted in such failure after a reasonable notice in writing by the Government delivered to the Chairman of the Board. No maintenance by the Government in such event shall operate to relieve the Board of responsibility to meet its obligations as set forth in paragraph 1 of this Agreement, or to preclude the Government from pursuing any other remedy at law or equity. 3. Attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement are eleven (11) drawings and one (1) table. The table lists the reference points, survey symbol used to number the cross sections, the bed eleva- tions and data on the IRF (intermediate regional flood) and SPF (stan- dard project flood). The IRF flood outlines shown on the drawings define the area that must remain free of encroachment and provide a basis for zoning. The IRF discharges shown in column 7 of table 1 must be conveyed in the channel a't or below the IRF flood elevations tabulated in column 6 or as shown on the profiles. 4. Also attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement is a resolution adopted by the Colorado Water Conservation Board authori- zing the execution of this Agreement as adopted March 8, 1972. 5. This Agreement is subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Army and the Controller of the State of Colorado or such assistant as he may designate.
