THIS TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is made and entered int.o
pursuant ta Section 24-82-201 et sea., C.R.S. (Supp. 1995) this

Grantee a temporary construction easement for the purpose of use of

The Grantor grants this Easement upon the express condition
that the estate herein granted shall endure only so long as the
Grantee utilizes the Easement for the sole purpose of the
construction of the Project. In the event that any of the land
covered by this Easement is used by the Grantee for any purpose
other than the specific uses identified herein, then all of the
Grantee's right, title and interest in and to the above described
property shall become null and void, and the lands and premises
shall absolutely revert to and revest in the Grantor as fully and
campletely as if this instrument had nat been executed, withaut the
necessity for suit .or re-entry; and na act .or amissian an the part
