The inspection was conducted by Mr.
Roy Ranisate, Tri-Lakes Project Office.

Maintenance items noted during the 1997 inspection that have been corrected include:

a. Trees were removed from the sand bars.

b. Debris was removed from the drop structure at STA 215+00.

c. Debris was removed from the sedimentation pond.

d. The apron of the outfall pipe at STA 355+50 had been cleaned.

The following conditions were noted during the inspection:

a. Tree growth: There is a significant amount of tree growth in the riprap
throughout the project. For this reason Mr. Ranisate could not inspect the
riprap. Trees need to be removed from the channel floor in the following
areas:

1. The sand bar below Bowles Avenue.

2. Below Belleview Avenue, approximately STA 335+00 to STA
343 +00.

b. The erosion control structure on Little Creek, STA 273+00, is eroding
(NW 3).

c. Willows need to be removed around the apron on the 24" CMP at STA
341 +00.

d. The 24" CMP with flap gate at ST A 375 + 10 is completely blocked by
sand and gravel (NW 18).
