Sandbag levee approximately 2 feet high <br />. Water almost to top of sandbag levee <br />. Levee meandered. Apparent levee alignment (from verbal account and pictures) has <br />the levee going north along the east side of Benton street, turning northwest at S. Sth <br />Ave. approaching Tama Street and meandering back to Mill Sl at S. 3rd Ave. <br /> <br />City Requests <br />. Levee alignment shifted 15 feet to east <br /> <br />Hydraulic Analysis <br /> <br />Assumptions <br />. Placement of cross section 222455 is not known or can not be determined because of <br />mapping variations and for lack of a map with the damn cross section on it. <br />. However, this cross section has an encroachment placed at 2180 (35 feet West of the <br />right overbank station of 2145) which cuts all land west of the river out of the model <br /> <br />SITE A - page I <br />
