Levee was constructed approximately to the height of the sandbags (approximately <br />two feet) <br />. DGR has plans of the levee while it was sandbagged <br />. New levee has 12' top width and approximately 2.5:1 side slopes (verbal <br />confirmation from DGR). Slopes were steepened from original 3: I due to property <br />and R.O.W. constraints <br />. Sloped are vegetated <br />. 95% compaction was speced, used medium size sheepsfoot roller for compaction <br />. Levee material came from South Tama Street construction (clayey material) <br />. Height of new levee is approximately 1344.5 feet according to DGR plans <br />. Levees range from 6' -9' in height according to DGR plans <br />. Slopes are vegetated <br /> <br />Ilydraulics <br /> <br />. Cross section ends at tie in point between new levee and PlIIk levee <br />.
