Inc., under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, completed a tloodplain information report entitled "Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Westerly Creek" in January 1977; and WHEREAS, the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Hazard .Area Delineation, Sand Creek" in March 1977; and WHEREAS, Engineering Consultants, Inc., under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, completed a floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Planning, First Creek, Phase 13, Volumes I and II" in March 1977; and WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Granby and Sable Ditch, Aurora, Colorado" in April 1977; and WHEREAS, the Federal Insurance Aclmini.tration completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Aurora, Colorado, Adams and Arapahoe Counties" in December 1977; and WHEREAS, the Federal Insurance Administration completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Adams County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas" in August 1978; and
