<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular <br />meeting assembled in Fort Morgan, Colorado, this 26th day of May, 1994, that it does hereby <br />acknowledge as detailed floodplain information, or as detailed floodplain information which is <br />accompanied by approximate floodplain information, which has since been superseded the IOO-year <br />floodplains as described in said reports listed in Table I, and does hereby also acknowledge as <br />approximate floodplain information which has since been superseded the IOO-year floodplain <br />delineations (Zone A) in said reports listed in Table 2, and does hereby leave in full force the <br />designations and approvals by the Colorado Water Conservation Board of the newer reports which have <br />superseded said older reports, as listed in Table 3; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the City of Aurora; the City of Central City; the Town of Columbine Valley; <br />the City of Commerce City; the Town of Crested Butte; the City of Cripple Creek; the City of Durango; <br />the Town of Elizabeth; the Town of Erie; the City of Fruita; the City of Greenwood Village; the Town <br />of Hugo; the City of Littleton; the City of Longmont; the City of Loveland; the Town of New Castle; <br />the City of Northglenn; the Town of Palisade; the City of Sheridan; the Town of Silt; the City of <br />Steamboat Springs; the City of Trinidad; the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County; the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Arapahoe ComIty; the Board of County Cominissioners of Boulder <br />County; the Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County; the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Elbert County; the Board of County Commissioners, of Garfield County; the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Gilpin County; the Board of COlmty Commissioners of Gunnison County; the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Jefferson County; the Board of County Commissioners of La Plata County; <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County; the Board of County Commissioners ,of Las <br />Animas County; the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County; the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Mesa County; the Board of CO\ll1ty Commissioners of Routt County; the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Teller County; the Board of County Commissioners of Weill, County; the <br />Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIfICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote <br />of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Fort Morgan, <br />Colorado, on the 26th day of May, 1994, at which a quorum was prese~t. <br /> <br />, ,', I( <br />/ / }/ - '--;/--- <br />'- ~(..'> l.
