e e e NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Fort Morgan, Colorado, this 26th day of May, 1994, that it does hereby acknowledge as detailed floodplain information, or as detailed floodplain information which is accompanied by approximate floodplain information, which has since been superseded the IOO-year floodplains as described in said reports listed in Table I, and does hereby also acknowledge as approximate floodplain information which has since been superseded the IOO-year floodplain delineations (Zone A) in said reports listed in Table 2, and does hereby leave in full force the designations and approvals by the Colorado Water Conservation Board of the newer reports which have superseded said older reports, as listed in Table 3; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the City of Aurora; the City of Central City; the Town of Columbine Valley; the City of Commerce City; the Town of Crested Butte; the City of Cripple Creek; the City of Durango; the Town of Elizabeth; the Town of Erie; the City of Fruita; the City of Greenwood Village; the Town of Hugo; the City of Littleton; the City of Longmont; the City of Loveland; the Town of New Castle; the City of Northglenn; the Town of Palisade; the City of Sheridan; the Town of Silt; the City of Steamboat Springs; the City of Trinidad; the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County; the Board of County Commissioners of Arapahoe ComIty; the Board of County Cominissioners of Boulder County; the Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County; the Board of County Commissioners of Elbert County; the Board of County Commissioners, of Garfield County; the Board of County Commissioners of Gilpin County; the Board of COlmty Commissioners of Gunnison County; the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County; the Board of County Commissioners of La Plata County; the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County; the Board of County Commissioners ,of Las Animas County; the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County; the Board of County Commissioners of Mesa County; the Board of CO\ll1ty Commissioners of Routt County; the Board of County Commissioners of Teller County; the Board of County Commissioners of Weill, County; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
