<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />FPR 94.354 <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />721 State Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />March 9, 1994 <br />Revised May 26, 1994 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a number of Flood Insurance Studies and Map Revisions to Flood Insurance Studies, <br />as listed in Table I, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, have been prepared by <br />the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency for various communities in Colorado; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Flood Insurance Studies and Map Revisions, as listed in Table I, include <br />detailed floodplain information only or a combination of detailed and approximate floodplain <br />information; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Flood Insurance Studies and Map Revisions, as listed in Table I, were based <br />on other floodplain information reports that were designated and approved by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a number of Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Flood Hazard Boundary Maps, as <br />listed in Table 2, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, have been prepared by the <br />U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />for various communities in Colorado; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Flood Insurance Rate M~ps and Flood Hazard Boundary Maps, as listed in <br />Table 2, include approximate floodplain information only; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Flood Insurance Studies, Map Revisions, Flood Insurance Rate Maps and <br />Flood Hazard Boundary Maps, as listed in Tables I and 2, have not previously been designated and <br />approved by the Colorado Water Conservation BojU"d; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Flood Insurance Studies, Map Revisions, Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Flood <br />Hazard Boundary Maps were at one time the effective floodplain information for those communities for <br />the purposes of the National Flood Insurance Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the acknowledgement of said Flood Insurance Studies, Map Revisions, Flood <br />Insurance Rate Maps and Flood Hazard Boundary Maps by the Colorado Water Conservation Board will <br />serve an important historic and record-keeping function; and <br />
