<br />CONSISTENCY WITH OTHER FLOODPLAIN STUDIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain information for Cherry Creek contained in said new <br />report for the Town of Parker, revised March 2, 1993, revises and is, therefore, inconsistent with the <br />detailed floodplain information for Cherry Creek contained in Resolutions Nos. 68, 164, 288 and 290 <br />regarding the reach of Cherry Creek described in Table 2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Parker, revised March 2, 1993, includes, <br />directly and by reference, floodplain information which is consistent with Resolutions Nos. 288 and <br />290 regarding all stream reaches within the Town of Parker and immediately adjacent to the Town of <br />Parker exceot for that reach of Cherry Creek listed in Table 2 above; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Parker, revised March 2, 1993, includes, <br />directly and by reference, floodplain information which is consistent with the floodplain information <br />reports designated and by Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429 but which, due to a clerical error in <br />Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429, is inconsistent with the language within those Resolutions <br />regarding the reach of Tal1man Gulch Tributary listed in Table 3 below: <br /> <br />TADLE3 <br />Floodplain Information Which Is Inconsistent With <br />Previouslv Desil!DatedFloodplain Information <br />Which Was Incorrectlv Described in Previous Resolutions <br /> <br />Correctly Described Stream Reach Inco~tIy Described Stream Reach Previous Designation <br />TallJnll1l Gulch Tributary from its confluence Tatltnlln (Julch from its confluence with FPR # 96-42B atId FPR # 96-429 <br />with TatlllUUl Gulch upstream to 0 point Tatlman (Julch Tributory upstream 10 0 point <br />approximDIely 2800 feet upstream of thot approximJllely 2800 feet upstream ofthot <br />confluence confluence <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Parker, revised July 4, 1998, includes, by <br />reference, floodplain infonnation which is coIlSistent with the floodplain information reports <br />designated and approved by Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429 but which, due to an inadvertent <br />omission in Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429, is inconsistent with the language within those <br />Resolutions regarding the reach of Sulphur Gulch listed in Table 4 below: <br /> <br />3 <br />
