STUDY TO BE OFFIClALL Y ACTED UPON

WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Parker, Coiorado,
Douglas County", revised March 2,1993, has been prepared by the Federal Emergency Management
Agency; and

WHEREAS, said new report includes, either directly or by reference, detailed floodplain
information for the following streams within the Town of Parker:

Baldwin Gulch,
Cherry Creek,
Newlin Gulch,
Sulphur Gulch,
Tal/man Gulch;

and

WHEREAS, said new report includes, either directly or by reference, approximate
floodplain information for the following streams within the Town of Parker:

Jordan Road Tributary,
Lemon Gulch,
Oak Gulch,
Tallman Gulch Tributary,
Unnamed tributary to Cherry Creek;

and

WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for Cherry Creek,
which information is based on revised topographic and hydraulic data for Cherry Creek, which revises
previously designated floodplain information as listed in Table 2 below:
