<br />STUDY TO BE OFFIClALL Y ACTED UPON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Parker, Coiorado, <br />Douglas County", revised March 2,1993, has been prepared by the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes, either directly or by reference, detailed floodplain <br />information for the following streams within the Town of Parker: <br /> <br />Baldwin Gulch, <br />Cherry Creek, <br />Newlin Gulch, <br />Sulphur Gulch, <br />Tal/man Gulch; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes, either directly or by reference, approximate <br />floodplain information for the following streams within the Town of Parker: <br /> <br />Jordan Road Tributary, <br />Lemon Gulch, <br />Oak Gulch, <br />Tallman Gulch Tributary, <br />Unnamed tributary to Cherry Creek; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for Cherry Creek, <br />which information is based on revised topographic and hydraulic data for Cherry Creek, which revises <br />previously designated floodplain information as listed in Table 2 below: <br /> <br />TABLE 2 <br />Stream Reaches Studied bv Detailed Methods <br />To Revise Previous Floodplain Information <br /> <br />Stream Downstream Study Limit Upstream Study Limit Previous Study <br />Cherry Creek The Arapahoe - Douglas County line A poinl approximately 2100 feet upstream FPR's #'s 68.164, <br /> the crossing of Stroh Avenue 288, 290, 99-497 <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />2 <br />
