<br />TABLE 6 <br /> <br />Approximate Information Which Has Not Previously Been Designated <br /> <br />The Cache la Poudre River in the vicinity of Prospect Road <br /> <br />The shallow flooding overflow from State Highwa~ 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins, C;olorado, has requested the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to designate and approve the floodplains set forth in the aforesaid new report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has not requested the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to rescind any of the detail~d information contained in Resolution No. 305; and <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, requires the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to assist in the prevention of floods and flood damages therefrom; and <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sections 31-23-301 and 30-28-111, Colorado Revised Statutes, provide that <br />legislative bodies of local jurisdictions may pro,:,ide zoning regulations for land uses on or along any storm <br />or floodwater runoff channel or basin only after designation and approval by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, directs the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to designate and approve storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins and to make <br />, <br />such designations available to legislative bodies , oflocal jurisdictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Tables 1,2 and 4 <br />meets all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for <br />the Designation and Approval of Floodplains ahd of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" <br />(2 CCR 408-1); and I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board has determined that the <br />I <br />previously designated detailed floodplain information listed in Table 1 needs to remain in effect and <br />I <br />that the previously designated detailed floodplaip information contained in Resolution No. 139 and the <br />previously designated detailed floodplain infonriation listed in Tables 2 and 4 need to be rescinded; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Table 3 does not <br />, <br />meet all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for <br />the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" <br />(2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Tables 5 and 6 <br />meets all of the requirements for approximate irlformation listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations <br /> <br />8 <br />
