<br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Fort Collins revised March 18, 1996 includes the <br />following detailed floodplain information which is consistent with detailed floodplain information <br />previously designated and approved by Resolution No, 94-350, but which is inconsistent with detailed <br />floodplain information designated and approved prior to Resolution No. 94-350 by the following <br />Resolution but not rescinded by Resolution No. 94-350, as listed in Table 3, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 4 <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Is Consistent With FPR No. 94-350. <br />But Which Is Inconsistent With Previouslv Designated Detailed Information <br /> <br />Stream Reach <br /> <br />Previous Designation <br /> <br />Boxelder Creek Overflow Channel from the crossing of County Road <br />50 upstream to a point approximately 500 feet upstream of that <br /> <br />crossing <br /> <br />(FPR # 227); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Fort Collins revised March 18, 1996 includes the <br />following approximate floodplain information which is consistent with detailed floodplain information <br />previously designated and approved by the following Resolutions listed in Table 5, attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 5 <br /> <br />Approximate Information Which Is Consistent <br />With Previously Designated Detailed Information <br /> <br />Stream Reach <br /> <br />Previous Designation <br /> <br />Boxelder Creek from its confluence with the Cache la Poudre River <br />upstream to the 1996 City of Fort Collins northern corporate <br />limit that is approximately 2500 feet north of Prospect Road <br /> <br />(FPR # 205) <br /> <br />State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough from its confluence <br />with Boxelder Creek near Interstate Highway 25 upstream to a <br /> <br />point approximately 200 feet upstream of that confluence <br /> <br />(FPR # 205); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Fort Collins revised March 18, 1996 includes the <br />following approximate floodplain information, as listed in Table 6, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, which has not previously been designated and approved by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board: <br /> <br />7 <br />
