<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, has not designated and approved the detailed <br />and approximate floodplain information included in said new report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for Larimer County revised March 18, 1996 is consistent with said new <br />report for the City of Fort Collins revised March 18, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Fort Collins revised March 18, 1996 includes the <br />following detailed floodplain information which is consistent with detailed floodplain information <br />previously designated and approved by the following Resolutions listed in Table I, attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Is Consistent With Previouslv Preoared Detailed Information <br /> <br />Stream Reach <br /> <br />Previous Designation <br /> <br />Dry Creek from the 1978 City of Fort Collins southern corporate <br />limit that was just upstream ofthe Colorado Southern and <br />Burlington Northern Railroads upstream to the 1996 City of <br />Fort Collins northern corporate limit that is approximately <br />100 feet upstream of Willox Lane <br /> <br />(FPR # 203) <br /> <br />Dry Creek from the 1996 City of Fort Collins southern corporate <br />limit that is just downstream of the Colorado Southern and <br />Burlington Northern Railroads upstream to the 1978 City of <br />Fort Collins southern corporate limit that was just upstream of <br />the Colorado Southern and Burlington Northern Railroads <br /> <br />(FPRs #s 203 and 272) <br /> <br />Boxelder Creek Overflow Channel upstream of a point <br />approximately 500 feet upstream ofthe crossing of County <br />Road 50 <br /> <br />(FPR #s 227 and 350) <br /> <br />BoxelderCreek Overflow Channel from the 1996 City of Fort <br />Collins southern corporate limit that is at the Colorado and <br />Southern Railroad upstream to the crossing of County <br />Road 50 <br /> <br />(FPR # 350) <br /> <br />Cache la Poudre River Interstate Highway 25 Divided Flow <br />in the vicinity of Harmony Road <br /> <br />(FPR # 350); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Fort Collins revised March 18, 1996 includes the <br />following detailed floodplain information which revises, on the basis of new hydrologic and hydraulic <br />analyses, detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by the following <br />Resolutions listed in Table 2, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />5 <br />
