<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Larimer County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas, Volumes 1-3 ",
<br />revised November 17, 1993; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek, Boxelder Creek
<br />Overflow Channel, the Cache la Poudre River and Cache la Poudre River Interstate Highway 25 Divided
<br />Flow and for other streams and approximate floodplain information for various streams; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Larimer County, by Resolution
<br />No. 94-350, adopted on January 20, 1994, designated and approved the detailed floodplain information
<br />included in said report and rescinded portions of Resolutions Nos. 29 and 53 for the Cache la Poudre River
<br />and a portion of Resolution No, 205 for Boxelder Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Fort Collins, Colorado, Larimer
<br />County", revised March 18,1996, has been prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for the following streams:
<br />
<br />Boxelder Creek Overflow Channel,
<br />the Cache la Poudre River and various overflow paths,
<br />Cooper Slough,
<br />Sherry Drive Overflow from Cooper Slough,
<br />State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough,
<br />Dry Creek,
<br />Spring Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for the following streams
<br />and reservoirs:
<br />
<br />Boxelder Creek,
<br />the Cache la Poudre River,
<br />State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough,
<br />the Shallow Flooding Overflow from State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a new report entitled "Flood

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek, Boxelder
<br />Creek Overflow Channel, the Cache la Poudre River and various overflow paths, Cooper Slough, Sherry
<br />Drive Overflow from Cooper Slough, State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough, Dry Creek,
<br />Spring Creek and other streams and approximate floodplain information for Boxelder Creek, the Cache la
<br />Poudre River, State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough, Dry Creek and other streams; and
