Brief description and definition of the SLP Section "base" programs <br />. Status of the ISF and NLL appropriations and acquisitions <br />. CWCB Strategic Plan including a listing of Board responsibilities (as <br />identified in the Board's work plan contained in the CWCB Strategic <br />Plan) <br />. SWSI identified issues for the SLP Section and the Board <br />. Draft SLP Section Strategic Plan (as presented to the Board in <br />November 2004) with schedule for production <br />. Relevant State Statutes <br />. Relevant CWCB Rules <br /> <br />. Introduction of Board staff and base responsibilities <br /> <br />. Establish workshop frame (presentation with limited discussion and comment) <br />1. Define meeting objectives and points of order <br />2. Review Strategic Planning process and objectives <br />3. Review current status of Strategic Planning effort to date (e.g., grassroots discussions) <br /> <br />. Discuss Board mission, values and statutory responsibilities <br /> <br />. Outline current implementation of Board statutory responsibilities <br /> <br />. Brainstorm and list issues and challenges influencing the ISF Program <br /> <br />.
