November 14. 1991 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Call to Order (9:26 - 9:27 a.m.) <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held in the <br />Cambridge Room, of the Warwick Hotel, 1776 Grant Street, Denver, Colorado. The <br />meeting was called to order at 9:26 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 1991 by <br />Chairman Jackson. Nine of the ten voting members were in attendance so there was <br />a quorum (at least six required). Present were Danielson, Walker, Salazar, Harrison, <br />Smith, Jackson, Martineau, Sheftel, Eisel, Wright, and Meyring. Absent were <br />Lochhead, Norton, and Olson. Grady McNeil, DOW, sat at the table for Perry Olson <br />(Thursday only). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approval of the Agenda (9:27 - 9:32 a.m.) <br /> <br />David Walker, CWCB, presented proposed changes to the agenda. Jim Lochhead <br /> <br />, A complete record of the meeting has been made on audio cassette tapes. The <br />tapes and the associated staff memoranda are the only legal record of the <br />meeting. These written summaries are intended only as an aid to research and a <br />guide to the tapes. The motions presented herein may not necessarily represent <br />a verbatim transcript. Numbered agenda items are presented chronologically in <br />the order that they were actually considered by the Board. <br /> <br />The tapes, recorded at very slow speed (1.2 em/see) on a Sony BM-146 court <br />recorder, are available for listening at the CWCB during regular office hours. <br />Arrangements to make copies of the tapes or written transcripts of specific <br />agenda items may be made at the requestor's expense. <br /> <br />Tape 1 covered the period from 9:26 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. Thursday. Tape 2 <br />covered the period from 12:27 p.m. to 4:53 p.m. Thursday. Tape 3 covered the <br />period from 4:55 p.m. Thursday to 10:34 a.m. Friday. Tape 4 started at 10:35 <br />a.m. Friday. <br />
