<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br />Rm. 132 State Services Building <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />August 11, 1965 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Stapleton, Vice- <br />Chairman, at 10:05 A. M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we'll call this special meet- <br />ing of the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />to order. The first order of business is <br />approval of the minutes of the meeting of <br />July 12th, the draft of which came to you <br />recently. I would give an accolade to Mrs. <br />Keating for getting them out at all under <br />the circumstances, but have you all had an <br />opportunity to review them? If so, can we <br />have a motion that the minutes as submitted <br />be approved?" <br /> <br />MR. WILLIAMS: <br /> <br />"I would so move." <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"It has been regularly moved. Is there <br />a second?" <br /> <br />fm. GOODt'1IN: <br /> <br />"I'll second." <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"And seconded that the minutes of the <br />meeting of July 12, 1965, as submitted to <br />the Board be approved. All those in favor <br />will signify by saying 'aye'; opposed - <br />the minutes are ordered approved. <br /> <br />In connection with this meeting, we are <br />going to take up any 'Other Business' at <br />this time with the idea in mind that as soon <br />as that is over we'll have about a five min- <br />ute recess so that Mr. Sparks can contact <br />Governor Love to see whether or not he <br />desires to be at this meeting.
