Clarence, it's good to
see you here. will you stand up? And the
gentleman to your right, I do not know."

"Art Anderson, Representative Anderson,
from Greeley."

"How are you, Mr. Anderson? Glad to have
you with us.

For the benefit of the members of the
Legislature, at each one of our regular meet-
ings we ask the federal agencies to report on
the progress, that has been made in their respec-
tive jurisdictions during the intervening two
months. This, we feel, is a way for the Board
to become acquainted with developments in
federal agencies and an opportunity to dis-
cuss the problems. I believe, for the benefit
of any of you gentlemen present, that there
are copies of the Regions' reports up at the
front that are available for any of you should
you want to follow these reports.

I think we'll start with Region 4. Bob
Jennings, are you going to make that report?"

"Mr. Chairman, members of the Board and
members of the Legislature, it is a pleasure
for me to appear ,and give you a very brief
report on the activities of Region 4 on the
Storage Project and in the State of Colorado.

Again let me say that we have enjoyed an
exceptionally fine construction season up to
the time of this cold weather about three
weeks ago."
