STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we will call this regularly <br />scheduled meeting of the Water Conserv~tion <br />Board to order. First of all, I should like <br />to take up the proxies for this meeting. Mr. <br />Peterson will be unable to attend and has <br />designated Larry Morrill as his proxy and we <br />have no representative from the State plan- <br />ning Commission office. Is there any objection <br />to Mr. Morrill acting as Mr. Peterson's proxy? <br />Hearing none, Mr. Morrill will be seated as <br />proxy for Mr. Peterson. <br /> <br />Mrs. Keating has an announcement." <br /> <br />"I should like to announce to the Board <br />, <br />members that as of January l, 1963, they rriay <br />use 8~ per mile for the use of their own <br />automobiles when turning in their expense <br />sheets. ", <br /> <br />"Thank you. I'll ask first for a consider- <br />ation .of the minutes of the meeting of Novem- <br />ber l4, 1962. Are there any corrections or <br />additions? If not, I'll entertain a motion <br />that they be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />"I move that they be approved. II <br /> <br />"I'll second the motion." <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />"It has been regularly moved and seconded <br />that the minutes of the November 14, 1962, <br />Board meeting be approved as submitted.
