"Larry, to the best of my knowledge that
report has not been made. I think it has been
made on our other two projects. You will re-
call we had some time elapse before the trans-
mittal of the Savery-Pot Hook. However, on
the Bostwick Park Project it moved ahead quite
rapidly. "

"I think, as a word of explanation, the
Board members will recall that under the proce-
dure of the united states House of Representa-
tives, they will not proceed with hearings on
these projects until a favorable report, or at
least a report, has been received from the
Bureau of the Budget on these projects. That
report has been received on the Bostwick Park
and the Savery-Pot Hook Projects which means
that all the meChanics are now behind us
preparatory to having hearings in this session
of the Congress on those projects. But on the
Animas-La Plata and the Fruitland Mesa we do
not, as yet, to the best of my knowledge, have
a report from the Bureau of the Budget on those
projects. "

"I'd just like to ask what the status of
the Dolores River Project is at the present
time?n

"On that project, while it is not in my
immediate area, my understanding is that that
report has been made out. It has gone out for
what we call field-level review; that is, a
draft of a report has been made and the Bureau
anticipates it will go on through. We like to
see that all of the problems are ironed out
and reports can then go ahead with the full
support of all the local interests, your state,
and everybody concerned. So I think that your
Dolores report is right in the stage where it
has been reviewed by your state, local inter-
ests, and is being revised preparatory to being
