M. on <br />Tuesday, September 23, 1958 in Mabry Hall on the State Capitol <br />Grounds in Santa Fe, New Mexico. <br /> <br />In accordance with Article IV (4) of the By-Laws, unanimous <br />consent of the Commiss{oners has been obtained waiving the <br />requirement of ten days' advance notice of the meeting. <br /> <br />In accordance with Article IV (12) of the By-Laws, written <br />consent of at least four of the Commissioners has been ob- <br />tained to set the time and change the place of the Adjourned <br />Annual Meeting as herein scheduled. <br /> <br />In compliance with Article XI, paragraph (1), of the By-Laws, <br />it has been requested that the following proposed amendment <br />to the By-Laws be included in this notice: <br /> <br />Delete the present wording of Section 1 of <br />llrticle III of the present By-Laws and sub- <br />stitute therefor the following: <br /> <br />"'The location of the principal office and <br />place of business of the Commission shall <br />be des;j:gnated by the Commission." <br /> <br />I <br />
