ECI Consultants, Inc, of Englewood prepared the construction plans and specifications with the construction contract awarded to Sclunuesor and Associates, Inc, of Wheatridge, CO, Construction commenced on November 16, 1998 and was completed in early March 1999, Project documentation and [mal accounting is currently underway with substantial completion scheduled for May 1999, Wamslev Cattle Companv - Pole Mountain Dam Authorization: HB 93-1273 Water Source: Off-Stream Drainage Terms of Loan: $45,000 @ 3% for 40 years County: Jackson- SW of Walden Project Yield: 1,905 ac,ft, Project Type: Dam Rehabilitation This dam rehabilitation project commenced in March 1994 by the owners of the Wamsley Cattle Company, The project consists of replacing the reservoir's outlet structure and improving the dam's upstream slope, The work is 99% complete with the [mal inspection by the State Engineer's office recently completed, A punch list of several items needs to be completed before the State Engineer will approve the reservoir's filling plan, Substantial completion is scheduled for June 1999, Johnstown. Town of - Raw Water Pioeline Authorization: SB 94-29 Water Source: Big Thompson River Terms of Loan: $2,500,000 @ 4% for 30 years County: LarimerlWeld - W of Johnstown Project Yield: 2,200 ac,ft, Project Type: Pipeline Construction The project includes the replacement of 11 miles of open ditch with a 14-16 inch pipeline from Lonetree Reservoir to the Town of Johnstown's water treatment plant including a booster station at the reservoir and connection facilities at the treatment plant. PRC Environmental Management, Inc, of Denver designed the project. The construction contract was awarded to Hall- Irwin Construction Co, of Greeley and B,T, Construction, Inc, of Broomfield August 6, 1996, Construction commenced in early October 1996 and was completed in June 1997, Project documentation and final accounting is currently underway with substantial completion scheduled in June 1999.
