I have been turning this <br />over in my mind for some two months now and <br />I have talked to various people about it, <br />including some members of the Investigation <br />.Commission. We pretty well have it out- <br />lined already. That I know is your aim <br />and ambition and, I am sure your goal.H <br /> <br />HMr. Chairman might I comment on that <br />just a little bit and emphasize something <br />the Governor said? The impetus behind the <br />participation of many of us in setting up <br />the Water Congress and this Investigation <br />Commission is that all of us want, as a <br />result of these studies, a report to this <br />Board upon which all of the areas of Colo- <br />
