"It should go strong in the eastern
states."

"There is no commercial phase therefore
it should have an appeal."

"It has no commercialization and, as
the film is shot, they would request a
committee from this Board to review every
bit of film that is shot and every bit of
script and when the thing is finally put
together that process is gone through with
the completed film and up to that time the
Board can make additions, deletions or re-
quire additional film be shot."

"Will they sort of develop the plot
and that sort of thing?"

"Right, I just had this outlined to me
in a few days' time and they come up with
some amazing things. I wouldn't attempt to
write the script as such. All they want
from us is an outline of the things that we
think should be covered and some of the salient
facts to be presented and then they dream up
the way they should be presented."

"I can't help but feel that it is going
to have other advantages to the State of Colo-
rado other than just to the water angle. You
are surely going to have a good many scenes
in your picture of various spots in Colorado
and it will invite tourist travel to Colorado
and other benefits to Colorado other than just
picturing the water problems. I think it is
something that should be done."

"I think primarily our own people have
to be educated on the importance of this water
matter. If we are going to have extended
budgets to make these studies and the people
are going to put up the money for them, I
. think it is only fair to let them know in a
graphic way what their money is being spent
for and why it takes the kind of money that
it takes to do this job. There are a lot of
people that don't have the slightest con-
ception of it, what it means, what it costs,
and there is no question but what we are
