M.

I

MR. STAPLETON:

. "I would first like to ask Mr. Storey
from the Dictaphone Company to explain to
the Board members the use of this equipment
which you see here so that it can be used
effectively. Any of us who have read the
July 18th minutes of the Durango meeting will
know that this is a necessity so Mr. Storey,
will you explain what you would like us to do,
please."

Mr. Storey explained how the microphones on the tables
should be used ,~nd gave the price of the complete equipment being
used a-r the meeting. He answered questions asked by the members.

MR. STAPLETON:

MR. MILLER:

MR. STAPLETON:

MR. McCANDLESS:
MR. STAPLETON:

"Thank you Mr. Storey. Before we call on
the Chairman I would like to have approval of
the minutes of the July 18th meeting at Durango.
I had many corrections that I thought I would
talk to Mrs. Keating about. I know Ray and
Dave have already gone over the corrections.
You will recall that the minutes were taken by
the court reporter at Durango and the trans-
cription was a complete bust. Mrs. Keating
tells me there is nothing further we can do on
that set of minutes so I think, unless somebody
is willing to spend a considerable length of
time down in Durango, we ought to approve them
as they are submitted."

"I move they be approved with whatever cor-
rections anyone would care to file with the
secretary. "

"Is there a second to that motion to approve
these minutes?"

I

"I second the motion."

"All those in favor of the motion will
signify by saying 'aye'; opposed, the same.
