<br />. <br /> <br />The Henry Bojen Ditch Company consists of 7 members, which own and operate 2.5 miles of ditch. The proposed <br />project involves enclosing the existing ditch system with 12,000 linear feet of pipe. The project is being designed and <br />partially funded by the Natural Resource Conservation Service as part of their Salinity Control Program The project is <br />currently under design and is anticipated to commence construction in late fall of 2004. <br /> <br />29. Pinewood Springs Water District- Raw Water Pipeline <br /> <br />Authorization: Severance Tax Fund <br />Water Source: South Platte <br />Tenus of Loan: $2,033,850 @4.0% for 30 yrs. <br /> <br />County: Larimer <br />Project Yield: 5 I acre-feet <br />Project Type: Raw Water <br /> <br />The Pinewood Springs Water District is located East of Estes Park on US 36 and provides water to 268 taps with a <br />projected build out of 350 taps. Their current water supply is from the Little Thompson River, which they treat with a micro- <br />filtration unit. The District has no water storage and has been greatly impacted by the on-going drought. This project will <br />provide the following water components: construction of 51 acre-foot Crow Lane Reservoir No.1, a new pump station, 5500 <br />linear feet of 6-inch transmission pipe, modifications to their infiltration gallery, and the purchase of 90 shares of CBT water. <br />The project is currently under design and is scheduled for construction in 2005. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />38 <br />
