The Guenzi' s currently irrigate 2,600 acres of farmland, by means of flood irrigation and
by the operation of 31 wells. These wells produce a summertime depletion of
approximately 1,510 acre-feet and a wintertime depletion of 960 acre-feet. This project
involves the purchase of a new farm with augmentation improvements in-place and the
construction of a new recharge well, 2100-ft. of 12-inch PVC pipe and 4,500-ft. of 21-
inch PVC Pipe, and various recharge ponds on their existing farm, to cover their
depletions. The project has been recently completed. The Guenzi's were approved for
an $18,000 loan increase at the March 2005 Board Meeting. Substantial completion is
awaiting amendment of the loan contract, which anticipated to be completed by
September of 2005.

7. The pipeline project will allow the Town
of Kremmling to access their conditional 3 cfs flow right out of the Colorado River,
which will be stored at Jones No.2 Reservoir and used to augment the towns current
water supply. The project involves the construction of 12,000 feet of pipe, low and high
lift pump stations, and low and high lift forcemains. The project was bid in the winter of
2004, and was awarded to Duckels Construction, Steamboat, Colorado. The project is
currently under construction and is approximately 65% complete. The Contractor
encountered complications with the bore site under the existing railroad tracks to the
river, which required a new bore. The new bore has been completed successfully and
95% of the 12-inch pipe has been installed. Connections to the pump and treatment plant
remain, as well as the construction of the pump house. The project is anticipated to be
complete by September of 2005.

8.
