WHEREAS, the staff of the Soard has reviewed said revised
information and data -and does hereby recollUllend to the Colorado
Water Conservation Board that the Soard designate and approve a8
floodplain areas those areas inundated by a lOO-year flood
(intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater
surface elevations and profiles in said new report. and further
recollUllends that the floodplain designation for Boxelder Creek as
approved by Resolution No.9, adopted June 3, 1970, be rescinded;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser-
vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,
this 5th day of January, 1984, that it does hereby designate and
approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being
in'..lndated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater
surface elevations and profiles in said new report, dated
September, 1983, and does hereby rescind Resolution No.9, dated
May, 1970; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Soard is
directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board
of County Commissioners of Larimer County, the Town of
Wellington, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the
United States Soil Conservation Service.
