8. "Detailed floodplain information" means
floodplain information prepared utilizing tt
topographic base mapping, hydrologic analysis,
and hydraulic calculations to arrive at
precise water surface profiles and floodplain
delineations suitable for making land use
decisions under statutorily authorized zoning
powers.

temporary condition of partial or complete
inundation of normally dry land areas from:

a. The overflow of water from channels and

proximately caused by flooding as defined
