Department of Agriculturc - 2.5% of the tolal EQIP funding. <br /> <br />Lelters of support for these funding levcls arc requested. <br /> <br />Upper Hasin States meet with Lower Hasin Stales to discuss Colorado Ri\"t'r Coml)aCI issues: The <br />Upper Basin States and Lower Basin States met on Feb. 18 and 28 and on l\larch I 10 continue their <br />discussions about short-Iemt and long-temt solutions related to the management oflhe Colorado River <br />during the current drought. Little progress has been made, but the States agreed 10 continue to meet to <br />discuss opportunities to hener manage the Colorado Rivcr. in a manner consistent with the Colorado <br />River Compacl.
