Decrees: old Civil Actions and newer Water Court decrees <br />· Diversion records, including the old Water Commissioner field books, and the <br />later computer-generated reports. Although these later records are available in <br />computer data base form, each page has the Water Commissioner's signature or <br />initials, and thus is worth imaging. <br />· Filing statements and filing maps - many of these old documents are becoming <br />brittle and need to be preserved for future use. <br />. Dam plans <br />. Subdivision files <br /> <br />After these documents are imaged, they are linked to the corresponding records in <br />HydroBase, the central database of water data. All imaged documents are immediately <br />available on-line to all staff of the DWR and the CWCB. Within the next year, the <br />documents will be available on-line on the Internet. <br /> <br />After historic documents are imaged, DWR will continue to image new <br />documents using available staff and operating funding. <br /> <br />This funding request is for year two of a three year program. <br /> <br />l..- <br />
