<br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 6666 - 6949 <br />Tape 3, Start/Stop: 0001 - 0373 <br />Action: A motion was made by Lewis Entz to accept the staff recommendation to <br />approve $120,000 for continuation of this project, with the intent to <br />support the Department's pursuing the additional funding requested by the <br />Sate Engineer's Office. The motion was seconded by Patricia Wells and <br />approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />15b. Water Supply Planning and Finance - Non-Reimbursable Projects - Closed Basin <br />Project - Land Acquisition Addition Funds <br />Tape 3, Start/Stop: 0373 - 0605 <br />Action: A motion was made by Lewis Entz to accept the staff recommendation to <br />approve an increase to this appropriation by $188,000, and that a clause be <br />specifically added to the appropriation that the amount appropriated may <br />be increased or decreased as may be justified by reasons of changes made <br />in the project plans if those changes are required by final engineering <br />drawing and specification or by Federal or State Requirements. The <br />motion was amended to include that the staff and Attorney General's <br />Office would work on the language in the bill to give the General <br />Assembly a better understanding of the nature of the project. The motion <br />was seconded by David Smith and approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />15c. Water Supply Planning and Finance - Non-Reimbursable Projects - North Fork River <br />Improvement Assoc. - Multi-Objective Planning Study <br />Tape 3, Start/Stop: 0605 - 1527 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn to accept staff recommendation to <br />approve a grant in the amount of $55,000, of which $50,000 is designated <br />for funding of the Paonia Reservoir Research Project, and $5,000 for the <br />Association's costs of administering the Project. The motion was <br />seconded by Greg Walcher and approved unanimously (10-0), <br /> <br />15d. Water Supply Planning and Finance - Non-Reimbursable Projects - AlamosalLa J ara <br />Water Conservancy district - Alamosa River Multi-Objective Study <br />Tape 3, Start/Stop: 0000 - 0000 <br />Action: This item was deleted from the agenda. <br /> <br />15e. Water Supply Planning and Finance - Non-Reimbursable Projects - Mesa <br />County/Grand Jet. Drainage District - Bosley Wash Feasibility Study <br />Tape 1, Start/Stop: 1530 - 2366 <br />Action: A motion was made by Patricia Wells to accept staff recommendation for <br />up to $75,000 from the Construction Fund, with $50,000 for the <br />Feasibility Study and a demonstration project for $25,000.
