Suggested language should read: <br /> <br />"Except limited funding may be used to take necessary actions including considerations of <br />the State of Colorado PMP Technical Review and continue coordination with the Cherry <br />creek Advisory Committee to bring to resolution the appropriate values for the Probable <br />Maximum Precipitation and Probable Maximum Flood and related studies for the Cherry <br />Creek Dam and Reservoir in Colorado." <br /> <br />Project Study Schedule: <br />?? Pre-Final Project Meeting was April 2, 2003 which included the A W A report and <br />presentation of findings. <br /> <br />?? Technical Review Panel and Advisory Committee comments are due by May 16, 2003. <br />These comments should include the National Weather Service. All comments will be an <br />appendix in the final report and addressed to the extent possible. <br /> <br />?? CWCB will facilitate project vision meetings with the project sponsors ~ Arapaho County, <br />Douglas County, City of Aurora, and City of Greenwood Village. <br /> <br />?? The local sponsors with assistance from the state will need to provide Congressional <br />testimony in Washington D.C. regarding the future funding for the Corps of Engineers to <br />address issues around Cherry Creek Reservoir. <br /> <br />Meeting minutes were taken by: <br />Mr. Ross Williams - Applied Weather Associates, Mr. Joe Busto - Colorado Water Conservation Board, and <br />Mr. William Badini - HDR Engineering <br /> <br />Notes from all three were combined to attempt to try and capture all the presentations and discussions at the <br />meeting.
