Study, or allow the Corps to do the PMF Study and wait for the results but be involved in the
advisory committee
?? The need for a revised Draft Pinal Report in hard copy by May 30'" (Larry confirmed with Ed
TomUnson on May 6, 2003).

*** Conclusions from the T AC May 2, 2003 meeting:

?? The following lahguage may be added to the House Committee Report regarding Corps funding at
Cherry Creek Lake Project:

"Cherry Creek Lake, Colorado - Funds may be used to review the state of Colorado 's PMP Technical
Review and coordinate with the Cherry Creek Advisory Committee."

?? Doug Morris will call Congressman Helfley's office and coordinate with them regarding possible
funding language and testimony to add to the House Committee Report. Brooke Fox will call
Congressman Tancredo and Congressman Campbell's office regarding local support, funding
language and upcoming testimony. One of the TAC members wiU have a representative visit
Washington D.C. to accomplish this task if necessary.

?? The Technical Advisory Committee believed that it would be beneficial to get all concerned parties e
back together for one more meeting possibly the day of June 19, 2003. (Including the National
W eather Service)

?? CWCB and the local project sponsors will seek agency/community resolutions adopting the Applied
Weather Associates Site Specific Probable Maximum Precipitation Study for the Cherry Creek Basin.
