Part B of this memo will outline the <br />requests we have received (our application deadline was Jan. 31, 200 I) and those proposals <br />developed internally to take to the MEGA Board when it meets in Mayor June. Depending on <br />the review by the MEGA Board and Executive Directori these requests may have to be prioritized <br />and/or reduced. . <br /> <br />A. Trinidad -- We had originally identified the <br />Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Conunissioni(COGCC) as the recipient of the $30,000 <br />al10cated for a project to examine the use and re-ilse of produced groundwater which is a by- <br />product of coalbed methane development. Howeyer, local entities are already working <br />cooperatively with Evergreen Resources on several feasibility studies related to water supply <br />and produced groundwater.
