A motion was made by Jim <br />Lochhead that the board release the draft document presented by the AG's <br />staff as the basis for discussion purposes with the objectors in Cases No. 5- <br />95CW296 and 297, that the AG's Office take whatever comments the Board <br />has given at this time and incorporate them into the draft, making it clear <br />that the Board is not taking a position on any points in the draft, but that it is <br />a discussion draft for settlement purposes only. The motion was seconded <br />by Janice Sheftel and approved unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />29g.
