<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Rvan Gulch Reservoir Companv - Rvan Gulch Dam Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 99-173 <br />Water Source: Big Thompson River <br />Terms of Loan: $317,500 @4.25% for 30 years <br /> <br />County: Larimer - S. of Loveland <br />Project Yield: 645 ac.ft. <br />Project Type: Dam Rehabilitation <br /> <br />This project is the rehabilitation of the Ryan Gulch Dam which includes the construction of <br />a new spillway, lining the upstream face of the dam with a clay liner, sleeving the existing 24-inch <br />outlet pipe, and constructing a new upstream controlled inlet works. Boyle Engineering, Inc. of <br />Denver has been contracted to complete the project design, which is scheduled for construction for <br />the fall of 1999. <br /> <br />Sterling Irrigation Company - Diversion Structure Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 99-173 <br />Water Source: South Platte'River <br />Terms of Loan: $318,583 @ 3.75% for 30 yrs. <br /> <br />County: Logan - SW of Sterling <br />Project Yield: 23,563 acre feet <br />Project Type: Diversion Structure Rehab. <br /> <br />This $354,000 project is the rehabilitation of the Sterling Ditch # I diversion and headgate <br />structure on the South Platte River southwest of the City of Sterling. The project consists of a new <br />floor and gate system for approximately 100 lineal feet along the existing structure. The gate will <br />be an Obermeyer Pneumatic Spillway gate, 4.5 feet high. The Company has contracted with Jack <br />Odor, P.E. of GASP to prepare the design and construction contract documents. Construction is <br />scheduled to commence in the fall of 1999. <br /> <br />Pine River Canal Companv - Pine River Canal Rehabilitation at Tunnel Hill <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 99-173 <br />Water Source: Pine River <br />Terms of Loan: $243,000 @ 3.5% for 20 yrs. <br /> <br />County: La Plata - SE of Ignacio <br />Project Yield: 71,000 acre feet <br />Project Type: Canal Rehabilitation <br /> <br />This $325,000 project is the rehabilitation of the Pine River Canal at the Tunnel Hill site, <br />located 8 miles southeast of Ignacio. The project consists of replacing a water supply tunnel in <br />poor condition, with approximately 700 lineal feet of 72 inch diameter concrete pipe, bypassing the <br />tunnel completely. The Natural Resources Conservation Service is completing the design plans <br />with construction scheduled to commence in late 1999. <br />
