Vivian, Chairman of the Board. was not present. the <br />meeting ~as oalled to order by Vioe~Chairman Chris Wallrich at 10:39 A.M., <br />Friday. May 17. 1946. <br /> <br />The Director announced that Ed L. Dutcher, member of the Board: from <br />Western Colorado, would be unable to attend: because of being engaged in trial <br />work before the courts. He also explained that Attorney General H. Lawrence <br />Hinkley and M. C. Hinderlider, members of the'Board, were both absent from <br />Denver. He explained that no word had been received from Judge John B.
