Seconded by Mr. <br />Kroeger, The motion carried with one nay vote by Mr. Johnston. <br /> <br />Mr. Jencsok then called the Board's attention to the <br />objections filed against the Board's filings in 2 cases, see <br />Appendix I, as an information item, <br /> <br />Concerning agenda item 19, there was no representative of <br />the engineering consulting community present to offer comments on <br />the Board's procedure, so the matter was not discussed. <br /> <br />The Board then returned to item 17 concerning floodplain <br />designations, (See Appendix J.) Mr. Walker reported that all <br />are routine reports except for 17f on Dad Clark Gulch. Mr. <br />Johnston moved approval of 17, a, b, c, d, and e. Seconded by <br />Mr, Furneaux, Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />Item 17f was discussed as a new unique situation that needs <br />further review in cooperation with the State Engineer. The <br />issue is whether the structures involved are dams, Mr, Johnston <br />moved that item 17f be deferred, Seconded by Mr. Furneaux. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />Mr, Walker then reported on recent staff promotions.
