<br />856 <br /> <br />DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Travel <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />During the period July 1st, 1957 to December <br />26, 1957, the Director traveled to Worland, Wyoming, Helena, <br />Montana, to attend meetings of the Missouri Basin Inter- <br />Agency Committee; to New Orleans to attend the meeting of <br />the Arkansas-White-Red River Basins Inter-Agency Committee; <br />to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Washington, D. C., Las Vegas, <br />Nevada and Cheyenne, Wyoming to attend meetings of the <br />Upper Colorado River Commission and Governors' Conferences; <br />and to the National Reclamation Association meeting in <br />Phoenix, Arizona. <br /> <br />Mr. Gildersleeve attended meetings of the Arkan- <br />sas-White-Red River Basins Inter-Agency Committee at Spring- <br />field, Missouri, Muskogee, Oklahoma, and a meeting of the <br />Missouri Basin Inter-Agency Committee in Ottawa, Kansas, <br />and a conference of the Corps of Engineers at Albuquerque, <br />New Mexico. <br /> <br />Mr. Sparks, during this period, attended meetings <br />on the Upper Colorado River Commission and Governors' Con- <br />ferences at Santa Fe, New Mexico, Washington, D. C., Las <br />Vegas, Nevada, Cheyenne, Wyoming. He also attended the <br />National Reclamation Association meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. <br /> <br />Governor Johnson attended the Upper Colorado River <br />Commission and Governors' meeting in Santa Fe, New Mexico <br />and Cheyenne, Wyoming. He also traveled to the National <br />Reclamation Association meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. <br />William H. Nelson traveled to the National Reclamation Asso- <br />ciation meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, and Fred L. Boydston <br />attended the Pacific Southwest Inter-Agency Association <br />meeting in Los Angeles, California. <br /> <br />The budaet contains an item of 54000 for out- <br />state travel and $4000 for in-state travel or a total of <br />$8000. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />As of December 26th, you will note that $2,425.37 <br />has been spent for travel outside the borders of the State, <br />
