"I would like to suggest that maybe
the Board ought to appoint a committee
of representative people to work on the
possible material which will be made
available to the group who are going to
write the comments to the Interior De-
partment. I think the Director and the
staff and some of the members of the
committee should sit down and work out
'guide lines' on what might possibly be
involved in working out the comments."

"I would like to recommend that Mr.
Lew Williams and Mr. Sparks be included
on that committee."

"I move that the chair appoint such
a committee to report at the meeting of
January 15th."

MR. MOSES: "The chair will appoint Mr. Sparks,
Mr. Lew Williams, the Director, Mr.
Stapleton and Mr. Barnard on that com-
mittee. If we must have a meeting on
the 15th, I am sure the members would
