<br />It was moved by Mr. Foster a.nd seoonded by Mr. Dille and Miss
<br />the minutes of the meeting of November 7 a.ner 8, 1940, as read,
<br />Motion oarried.

<br />Thereupon, the Board proceeded to hear various persons who
<br />appeared to present their views conoerning proposed legislation relative
<br />to the oonstruction, operation and maintenanoe of stook watering reservoirs or
<br />tanks within the State of Colorado. Mr. Carpenter made an explanation of the
<br />aotion previously taken by the Board under whioh meetings were held in various
<br />parts of the State of Colorado. Those who appeared and discussed the matter
<br />were: Mr. Frazer, Mr. Stubbs, Mr. Litel, Mr. Gaunt, Mr. BeatB, Mr. Linger,
<br />Judge MoHendrie, Mr. Rolfson, Mr. Corlett, Mr. Haman ~d Mr. euok.

<br />Governor Carr shortly after the meeting convened appeared and
<br />acted as Chairman.
