Listed below are the groups formed, <br />participants, and their assignments. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Group I: (Chairman Henry Maddox, Margot Zallen, Patti Wells, Robert <br />Wigington, Peter Evans, Steve Arveschoug, Tom Pitts and David Halford) <br />This group is to work on Biological Opinion language including specifically <br />the "consultation reinitiation" language and "Recovery Agreement" language. <br />There first meeting will be at Denver Water on May 14th at I :30 pm. <br /> <br />Group 2: (Chairman Eric Kuhn, individuals not specifically identified but <br />would be mainly water users who have been working on Ruedi issues) <br />This group is to work on developing a permanent supply of water (10,825 AF) <br />from Colorado River Water Division 5 facilities that can be supplied to the <br />15-Mile Reach as needed by the endangered fish. This group met briefly <br />following the May 4th meeting and will meet next on June 9th <br /> <br />Group 3: (Chairman David Little, Malcolm Wilson, Randy Seaholm, Dan <br />Luecke, Steve Arveschoug, Eric Wilkinson, Larry Clever, John Hamill, Henry <br />Maddox) <br />This group will develop an outline for the expanded facilities study or <br />expanded coordinated reservoir operations study. This group will meet <br />Monday, May 18th at 2:30pm at Denver Water. <br /> <br />Group 4: (Chairman Henry Maddox, John Hamill, Ray Tenney, Tom Pitts, <br />Robert Wingington (alternate will be TNC biologist Hawkins), Representative <br />from Colorado Division of Wildlife) <br />This group will develop criteria for evaluating fish response to include in the <br />Biological Opinion. No meeting was set given that many of the participants <br />were not present. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Group 5: (Chairman Brent Uilenberg, Wendy Weiss, Margot Zallen, David <br />Halford, Robert Wigington, Eric Wilkinson, Malcolm Wilson, a representative <br />of Grand Valley Irrigators) <br />This group will define the components of Grand V alley Water Management to <br />be included and how to protect the water saved from Grand Valley Water <br />Management. It is likely that protection may require changes to some of the <br />underlying decrees.
