The motion was seconded by David Smith <br />and approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />8. Regarding <br />Division 1, a motion was made by Patricia Wells to advance the <br />recommendations made in the Preliminary Notice to a Final Notice Status, <br />with an amendment that if there are issues raised, it won't be brought directly <br />to the Board in September, but that some resolution will be sought before <br />final action will be brought to the Board. The amended motion was seconded <br />by David Smith and approved unanimously (8-0).
