<br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br />RID. 132 State Services Building <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />March 13, 1963 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by vice-Chairman Staple- <br />ton at 10:00 A. M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we will call this regularly <br />scheduled meeting of the Water Conservation <br />Board to order. The first order of business <br />is a proxy. I have a letter from Judge Conour <br />which reads: <br /> <br />'Because of a trial setting that will <br />probably extend into wednesday, it may be that <br />I will be unable to attend the mee~ing of the <br />Board to be held on March 13, 1963. <br /> <br />Therefore, with the consent of the Board, <br />I hereby designate Raphael J. Moses as my proxy <br />to act for me at the meeting of the Board.' <br /> <br />In accordance with our prior practice, <br />unless we have objections, Mr. Moses will be <br />Judge Conour's proxy at this meeting. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda is the approval <br />of the minutes of the January 9, 1963,Board <br />meeting, copies of which have been previously <br />furnished the Board. Are there any additions <br />or corrections to the minutes as they were <br />submitted? If not, I will entertain a motion <br />that they be approved." <br /> <br /> MR. MILLER: <br />I MR. STAPLETON: <br />MR. Me CANDLESS: <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />'.1 so move..' <br /> <br />"And seconded?" <br /> <br />"Second." <br /> <br />"It has been regularly moved and seconded <br />that the minutes of the meeting of January 9, <br />1963, be approved as submitted. All those in <br />favor will signify by saying 'aye': opposed - <br />motion carried. <br />
