experience and bad experience with their
'County of Origin' law."

"I don't know, Ben, quite some time though."

"I would move, since it's basically the
same question as H. B. No. 432, that this Board
express its opposition to this proposed consti-
tutional amendment."

action on 432, we asked Mr. Kuiper to try and
discuss the matter with Mr. Gossard before the
end of the meeting and report back."

from Board Counsel and Attorney General's Office
on Policy Statement Regarding the Use of Water

state, (attorneys representing those groups), to
try to get a concensus of opinion in regard to
