Bailey, Vice Chair- <br />man. The agenda for the meeting is inserted in the minutes as follows: <br /> <br />1. Report by Jean S. Breitenstein, Attorney for the Board, on the proposed <br />Glendo Project (located on the l~orth Platte River in 1\y-oming near the <br />WYoming-Nebraska stateline). <br />a. Statement of representative of Region 7, Bureau of Reclamation. <br />b. Any action Which the Board may take on the matter. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />: <br /> <br />2. Consideration of Official Comments of the State of Colorado on the pro- <br />'posed Fryingpan-Arkansas Project. <br /> <br />3. Further consideration of the report submitted by the Attorney for the Board' <br />at the last meeting concerning conference with Colorado Congressional dele- <br />gation on prospective interstate litigation which may be initiated L~ the <br />lower Colorado River Basin. This will include a further report on the' <br />action of the Upper Colorado River Commission at its mecting on June' 2-3, <br />1951 on this matter. (Consideration should be given to including in the' <br />minutes of the August 6-7 Board meting the resolution passed by the Upper <br />Colorado River Commission on this question.) <br /> <br />4. Consideration of resolution, prepared by the director, in compliance with <br />the request of the Board, regarding expediting surveys and investigations <br />in the natural basin of the ColoradO River in Colorado, ~o-ordinating East <br />Slope-West Slope plans of development, and providing for analysis of surveys <br />and studies.to afd in formulation of st~te water polic,y. <br /> <br />5. Considerati9n. of Proposed legislation in Con!,Tess for amendment of the <br />Water Power Act, and relating to the activities of the Federal Power Commission. <br /> <br />6. Consideration of the' so-called Dana Report (Program for basin-wide develop- <br />ment), referred to the States and interested water organizations by the q <br />Spokane convention of the National Rl'clamationAssociation. (The Board' <br />at its December 18, 1950 meeting requested its Attorney to prepare comments' <br />on the Dana report for submission to 'the Board. SUCh comments have been <br />prepared and, action should be taken by the Board. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />7. Report on the status of the report on the proposed Colorado River storage <br />Project and Participating Projects. ; <br /> <br />8. Report on efforts to secure authorization of the Collbran Project, and <br />status of efforts to secure amerrled authorization of the Paonia Project.' <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />9. Report on progress of organizing a Policy and Review Committee on the Gun- <br />nison River storage, as part of the Colorado River Storage Project. <br /> <br />10. Report on Laramie River negotiations'. <br /> <br />11. Report concerning Echo Park trip; Granby meetings of Arkansas-White-Red <br />Basins Inter-Agency Committee and Missouri Basin Inter-Agency Committee; <br />dedication of 6ranby pumping plant, a west slope feature of the Colorado~ <br />Big Thompson project; and dedication of Horsetooth Reservoir, an east <br />slope feature of the Colorado-Big Thompson project near Fort Collins. <br />
