Also, that the <br />economist, as well as his report, should <br />be so prepared as fo be available for <br />presentation before the Appropriations <br />Committee of Congress. . <br /> <br />(3) Authori.z,e the Executive Committee to <br />hire some legal help in reviewing and <br />consolidating the suggestions made by <br />attorneys from the various states, with <br />reference to the, 'Codification of the <br />Reclamation Laws'." <br /> <br />MR.
